  • Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology - An organization of professionals, clinicians, researchers, educators, and others dedicated to the understanding, treatment and study of the social, psychological, emotional, spiritual and quality-of-life aspects of cancer.
  • Canadian Breast Cancer Network - Canada's only patient-directed national breast cancer health charity. We strive to voice the views and concerns of breast cancer patients through education, advocacy activities, and the promotion of information sharing.
  • Cancer Care Ontario: Psychosocial Oncology Program - The Psychosocial Oncology Program focuses on interventions that improve the patient experience, support patients and their families through the cancer continuum, and enhance quality of life. Psychosocial oncology addresses the social, practical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, functional and quality-of-life impact of cancer on patients and their families.
  • Gilda's Club - A cancer support community where individuals impacted by cancer - adults, children and teens as well as their families & friends become part of a welcoming community of support. Our vast array of programs are designed to meet the emotional, social & practical needs of individuals with cancer related stress.
  • The Olive Branch of Hope - Resource for women from culturally diverse backgrounds - We provide help and information to newly diagnosed individuals and their families who are seeking help and support at this difficult time. Our programs are shaped with you in mind—programs that allow you to freely express yourself in a safe and confidential environment with others you can relate to.
  • PYNK - A special program...designed for women aged 40 and younger newly diagnosed with breast cancer who will be receiving their medical oncology care at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre in Toronto. The patients in PYNK and their families receive a continuum of care from the time of referral (which is often right after their diagnosis) through treatment and follow-up.
  • Queering Cancer - An inclusive cancer care resource that aims to transform cancer care for the LGBTQ2+ community by improving research, resources, and support for patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
